PlayerFits collects as little as a website can get away with.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful and which outbound links get used. This involves cookies and IP-based processing per Google's terms. We don't sell data or run third-party ad trackers.

If you're in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, we ask first. Until you say yes, Google Analytics doesn't load at all. To decide whether to ask, our host, Cloudflare, looks up your country from your IP; it isn't stored. Your choice is kept in your browser on this device. Elsewhere, analytics cookies are on unless you turn them off here.

Correction reports

When you report a wrong item, we store your message, the page it concerns, and a hashed form of your IP address used only for rate limiting and spam control. Reports are stored with Cloudflare, our host, and are never sold or shared. Earlier versions of the form also asked for an optional email address; reports sent then may include one. We don't yet delete reports on a fixed schedule. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots out; it may set a cookie to do its job.
